worldly_wise Общался с людьми которые работали с ним когда он ещё не был Губернатором.
Краткая характеристика: Чрезвычайно жаден (не бережлив), презирает всех кто ниже его по положению, презрение его плавно переходит в человеконенавистничество. А тех кто выше него он просто боится.
Похоже именно такие качества присущи большинству назначенцев.

Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

Bойна же в таких ситуациях ведется за то, чтобы не играть по правилам игры начальника-социопата.
Все остальное - холопий бунт изначально согласившегося быть холопом - и тягостно смотрится.
Рабство - одно.

Но рабство - это штука, которая должна сидеть в душе человека изначально. Я видел настоящих таких рабов у вполне гуманных, даже либеральных начальников. Состояние души у этих подчиненных изначально было такое.
